The EvoCS consortium is aware that its research activities have the potential to generate ethical, fundamental rights, privacy and data protection implications and is committed to adhere to the highest ethical, fundamental rights and legal standards, as recognized at the European Union level. The ethical, fundamental rights, privacy and data protection implications will be accurately identified and addressed.

This is the objective of the Ethical Monitoring and Information Service established within EvoCS. In particular, the Service aims at informing, supporting or instructing partners in charge of the regional case studies on any ethical and fundamental rights issues encountered during the research. The majority of effort for the EMIS will fall on the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna di Pisa. However, all partners will support the EMIS. On the Coordinator and all шорк пацкаге leaders lies responsibility for enforcing actions that will be advised on by the EMIS or involve national ethical committees or boards, and/or national Data Protection Authorities according to “Special Clause 15”.
