Coherence on the Surface of Eastern EU Border Security Perceptions

EvoCS Consortium released the fourth and final regional case study in the frame of the project, which focuses on the Eastern EU Border region.

Overall, the document displays coherent security perceptions across the region, despite differences in elements, such as the salience of the individual core values (physical safety and security; economic prosperity and security; political stability and security) or the threats linked with them, otherwise quite similar.

However, the Russia factor (and related Ukrainian crisis) indicates a clear spilt in the region, resembling general divisions within the EU.
