EvoCS Presented at NATO Academic Conference

Milos Jovanovic from Fraunhofer INT, coordinator of the EvoCS project, visited the NATO academic conference, entitled "WHAT NATO FOR WHAT THREATS - Warsaw and Beyond" in Forli/Italy from October 4th-6th. He was invited to provide an input paper for the working group on "What persistence and transformation in the strategic cultures of NATO member states?". The working group, which consisted of representatives from academia, the military (e.g. Rear Admiral Pete A. Gumataoao) and politics (e.g. Ambassador Karen B. Stewart) discussed the possibility of comparing EvoCS results with research from the social sciences on so-called strategic cultures.
