The third EvoCS regional case study is already live.

The document draws a regional security discourse in West Mediterranean EU that seems to move away from the traditional core value of territorial integrity and security, by rethinking security in economic and environmental terms and by dealing with borders porous to terrorism and illegal migration.

The national level of policy-making and the national government are still the two main points of reference for the security discourse but other actors and level gain prominence as well, the report reveals.
