Back in January, almost 40 policy-makers, think-tank researchers, representatives of NGOs and university teachers gathered in Sofia to discuss the perceptions of security in the region of South Eastern Europe and EvoCS' preliminary findings, outcome from applying the EvoCS methodology on Bulgaria, Serbia and Turkey.
